Cancellations & Modifications
Extension of stay
In case the client wishes to extend his reservation in our hotel during his stay in the accommodation, the company cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room, or even in the same hotel.
In case the client wishes to extend his reservation prior to his arrival at the Kirki hotel, the client must contact the competent department of the accommodation as soon as possible.
If the client wishes to change the days of his stay at the hotel, he must contact the competent department of the accommodation as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.
Cancellation of reservation
In case the client wishes to cancel his reservation, he must contact the competent department of the Kirki Hydra Hotel as soon as possible.
If cancellation is effected 7 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
The client reserves the right to cancel his reservation at any time pending the following sanctions:
If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 7 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay.
Reservation with credit card
A credit card authorization for an amount equivalent to 50% of the total cost of stay is required in order to confirm your reservation.
Please note the amount of cancellation will only be charged on your credit card in the case of late cancellation (received later than 7 days prior to your arrival) or in case of no show.
